Like many of you, all of us here at Healthy Steps Pediatrics are excited to welcome a new school year that feels “normal.”
For the last 18 months, CoVID-19 has impacted all aspects of life, including access to healthcare. We know that the demands of work, school, day-care, and after school activities challenge families to fit it all in, even in the best of times.
Here at HSP, our goal is to continue to provide our families with the same convenient, personalized, top-notch medical care while minimizing the risk of CoVID exposure.
To that end, starting on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, Healthy Steps will be offering Urgent Care hours Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 9 AM.
Because we must limit the number of people congregating in the waiting room, these urgent care hours will be available by appointment only. We know that illnesses in children often declare themselves “after hours.” So, you will be able to schedule an appointment for these hours starting at 6 pm the evening before.
If your child needs an urgent visit, simply call our office at (610) 363-7837. We encourage you to continue to schedule routine well-checks, immunizations, and follow-ups as far in advance as possible. As always, additional sick visit times will be available throughout the day and we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs.
